Church Facilities
Polbeth Harwood Church is a modern style building. The worship area is multifunctional and can be used for conferences and other occasions when the curtains can be closed in front of the cross, thus forming a welcoming large "room" or hall.
The building itself is in a square formation, surrounding a courtyard garden of remembrance.
Exiting at the front of the worship area, the west corridor consists of five rooms including a vestry, office and Quiet Room. There are toilet facilities at the end of this corridor. Plans are afoot for a designated toilet for those with disabilities. The west entrance to the church is ramped for wheelchair users.
There is a room upstairs equipped with tables & chairs and is useful accommodation for small to medium meetings.
A large long hall runs from West to East, which can be divided by folding doors into sections of varying size. It is possible to have one large hall or divide it up into four sections.
A well-equipped kitchen is at the east end of the building. A large serving hatch is well used serving teas & coffees on Sunday mornings and buffet type meals on special occasions.
The east corridor leads back towards the front entrance with views of the courtyard on the left and further toilet facilities on the right.
A large foyer and front entrance to the worship area lies ahead.
